Highly recommend this family run company. Ron and the rest of the team are as good as they get. I used them a few years ago to replace a heater at my mothers house after reading their reviews on yelp. We recently decided to update our old heating system and add central air conditioning. Mike from Westside Heating & AC just finished fixing a problem I was having with the connection between a new thermostat and our furnace. He went above and beyond: super communication, service, *and* education through the process on what the issue was, how he was addressing it, and tips for future reference. I wrote him via Yelp for a quote on Saturday--which is off-hours--and he called me Sunday (also off-hours) to discuss the issue and then schedule an appt for early Monday. He explained his pricing right up front, and it was very fair. He came on time, finished very quickly, and explained a lot in the process. Super professional; I'm really happy--and warm again!

CAME IN $3,000 LESS FOR THE SAME SYSTEM/SERVICE
In short, they were perfect. The slightly longer version is this: we needed a new furnace. The first call brought out a big firm that quoted us $7k. We didn’t like their style or the price so we got a second quote from Westside Heating & Air who came in $3,000 less for the same system/service.
It’s a family run operation: Ron came out to inspect, got back to us the next day with several options. We chose and his son Matt did the install quickly and professionally. They called a couple of days after the install to follow up. Our experience was fantastic and I expect this is typical for them.
